| Braids There are several different braid styles to choose from. If there is a braid that you want and I do not know how to do it, I love to learn new braids. |

| Colors If you do not have a horse, you will need to choose a color. There are several colors to choose from. Black, Brown, Sorrel, White, Gray, Mixed, Blue, Green, Orange, Green and Purple. |

| Length Length is the most important part of the special order process. I am asking for the TOTAL finished length. Remember it is easier to make the piece shorter then it is to make it longer. Necklaces, measure around the neck to the place where you would like your necklace to lay. That is the measurement that I need. Bracelets, measure at the largest part of the wrist. Then add an additional 1/4" to that. For example, if your wrist measures 6 1/2", your bracelet measurement will be 6 3/4". The very best method to getting a good measurement, is measure a bracelet that you have and like now. Women 7 to 7 1/4" Men 7 3/4 to 8 1/2" |
| Payment On special orders I will take photos of the completed item and send them to you. If you approve and are happy, then you pay. I accept credit cards...Visa and Master Card. I accept cashier or money orders, I can also bill through PayPal. Just let me know what you prefer. After payment is received I will send you the item that you ordered and the left over hair from your horse. |

| Please Note Please only send TAIL hair. I am unable to make jewelry out of mane hair. I can make tassel key chains, tassel earrings of memory tail tassels with the mane hair, but no jewelry. Please be aware that I will make the jewelry the length that you provide. I ask for the TOTAL length, which includes the braid, end caps and clasp. The TOTAL length should be what you want the finished piece to be. If you provide a length and the finished piece is to short, I will not be able to make it longer. So measure twice! I can make finished pieces shorter and will do so at no charge, I only charge for shipping back to you. Please be advised that the jewelry that I make is HAIR, it can take some wear and tear, but is somewhat fragile. I will be happy to repair finished pieces that have pulled out of the end caps or broken clasp. I can not fix hair that is broken. I recommend wearing the jewelry day in and day out, I feel that the oils in your skin help the hair stay stronger. I am not responsible if the hair becomes brittle and starts to break. I have been wearing the same necklace for 5 years and it is still in perfect condition, with proper care your jewelry should last for several years. Please allow 4-6 weeks for turn around on your order. I normally do not need this amount of time (I usually have orders done within a week or two). I ask for this time so that my 1st job, being a mom, may come first. If you are totally unsatifated with the pieces that I have created, please send the items back to me and I will issue you a gift certificate that can be used for you or you can given to a friend. |
